Why Family Time Is Crucial For Your Child’s Mental Health

Family time not only strengthens our bond with our family. But also ensures that our children grow up with a positive sense of self-worth. Strong family values determine our character and how we shape up as adults. They also improve our mental health, emotional quotient and social skills.
